Seriously though, I'm really surprised WK/Neca isn't doing anything (and if they are, I haven't heard anything about it). I mean, come on. This event is enormous. They're missing a golden opportunity. A few tourneys, a few con exclusives; they'd be shocked at how many people would turn up.

I would be down. According to the program I received there will be heroclix in the gaming area, but I don't know what that means exactly.

I was there on sunday to play and had a blast going 2-2 losing one match on time by 5 points. prize support that I saw was a con exclusive moonstone and some cap/gsx le's. I had the batman ally theme team for those who were there. I enjoyed meeting you all and if I didn't live 4 hrs away in rochester or the exchange rate were better, would love to play you guys again. everybody was a good sport that I saw and the tournament itself was well run.

Thanks to lastcastle for the update on prize support, and I'm glad to hear it went well. I wish I could have attended and lost to some good players, but I was fixing my parents' water heater - kinda lame, but being a good son counts for something.

I'd love a recap if anyone wants to take the time to write one - what was played? What won? Did anyone bring a colossal Manhattan for the 600 point game? I hope everyone had a great time.

I actually had the pleasure of facing con exclusive dr. manhattan in the first round and won. I played in the 600 point event with a batman ally team. I finished 2-2 losing to a martial artist team with nightcrawler/Hot cap/thunderbolted hawkeye, and to an asgardian team with the thor/loki and frog chase. not sure what team won as we couldn't stick around very long afterward. had a long car ride home and we only paid for parking until 6pm.
