KILLING IS THE ONLY OPTION: When an opposing character is KO'd, you may remove an action from Manchester Black. If the KO'd character was 100 or more points, heal Manchester Black of 1 damage.
Would this apply to opposing character KO'd on YOUR round, or just within the course of the game? If I'm in a multiplayer do I get to the benefits of this SP on other player's turns?
I would think any KO'd piece would be applicable, but I was not sure if there was a rule or a caveat that I was unaware of.
I draw webcomics - come check out my ongoing stuff and the marvel/dc mini-comic satires I frequently post at Robot Mountain
If this trait is accurate to its spoiled quote (which I doubt since you remove tokens not actions) then it would be anytime an opposing character is KO'd.

I think someone just forgot, or there was a typo on the card, to put the word 'token' after action.

There are different kinds of multiplayer games, but it basically it basically boils down to friendly characters and opposing characters. If you're in a team-up game, the trait would not trigger on you/ your teammate's characters getting ko'd, but would trigger upon any opponent's characters being ko'd. In a free-for-all type game, everyone that's not you is opposing, so it would trigger on any of their characters being ko'd.
Standard Disclaimer: This is assuming the spoiled power wording is correct. Take every power description and subsequent answer with a grain of salt when it's coming from a "leaked" dial.
