Corollary to Mafia Rule #14: When in doubt, reverse track Jack, especially if he isn't posting.
Also, silencers are no fun in general. Nothing like being silenced, missing the next day phase because of work and then being silenced again to make a guy just not care about a mafia game.
But the point I was trying to make was that as the mafia, silencing is one of your most powerful weapons. You can use it to make the town forget about a player so he isn't doctored. You can use it to keep a cop from revealing his information. You can use it to keep someone from defending himself or a teammate. It is damn near the best mafia power and you used it over and over against a guy who was a neutral. You couldn't have known I was a neutral but surely you knew some of the other players were town. Silencing me once? Fine. I sometimes lead lynch trains. Silencing me four times when you didn't know my alignment? Poor play.
Only twice, actually, and not even on consecutive nights.
Indeed.
N1: Jack
N2: Grinner
N3: Jack
N4: Charles
N5: Grinner
N6: Grinner
N7: Ouchmaker
So if you were silenced more than that Jack, you'd best be complaining to the mod and not the mafia. If anything, Grinner deserves to be a little irritated... but part of the multiple silences on him was to help create a diversion for myself: since I couldn't be lynched and he couldn't be lynched, who was the Don and who was silenced?
