Also, a character with multiple bolts can attack characters and objects/walls with the same attack? Im pretty sure he cant but I need confirmation.

Yes, he can PLACE any figure he hits adjacent to him after his move action ends.

A character with multiple lightning bolts may choose multiple targets for a single RANGED combat attack. Lightning bolts do not apply to close combat.

lightning bolts refer to characters only... u can not target 1 fig and 1 object or 1 fig and 1 wall or 2 objects...

This is not correct. If you have , you can target two walls, or two objects, or a square of blocking terrain and an object. It just usually doesn't come up because you'd generally need 6 damage to destroy both of them.

However, it is correct that you cannot target a character and terrain with the same attack.
