Hands down this is the best LE of the set.

Well, we all love high damage pulse wave running shot characters. Once the initial shock and awe wears off, you have to realize that you are paying for 133 points worth of three clicks. Then follows five clicks of sub-17 defense, and sub-9 attack, and only one click of a damage value higher than 2. Three damage in, you have 133 points of meh. Four damage in, you have 133 points of victory for the other team. He's pretty good for his points--but extremely glass-jawed.

Pay some more points and pick Noh Varr.

Yeah, it's one of any Feat per figure, not per team. If you want, put Camouflage on Dr. Strange and have him copy Skrulls at the end of your turn, then he can't be the target of Ranged Attacks (assuming he's also next to Blocking Terrain/Walls.

not really that impressed. for the points the stats could be better. other than that opening rs pw exchange the dial is pretty boring. once he gets knocked off pulsewave he really stinks.

Yes, Noh-Var is only a few points more and has more versatile attack powers, but this guy can fly and he can't (Neither can Silver Banshee, the other Invulnerable, PS/RS combo in this point range), so ole Green Bolt here can jump in the middle of a crowd and explode, especially if he is carrying his own TKer. Also double bolts are awesome.

This guy is AWESOME. I got 3rd place at our sealed tournament yesterday, and got this guy as a prize. Can't wait to use him...

Our venue won't start the Hulk events until January, so I am pretty steamed to hear that other players are already playing at other venues AND getting these wonderful LEs. I want my Skrull Black Bolt! ha ha

Running shot and pulse wave with a 12 attack thanks to Mr. Fantastic makes everyone tremble.

Use this guy to go after the other players figures one at a time.Pulsewave for 4 damage.Running shot makes the difference. The other Blackbolt is going to need a tk figure with him to be dangerous.

My Extended Range + Nova Blast combination has just found a new champ. And a Skrull one! Even better.

Got a question! Can Blackbolt(or any figure) use running shot,( being a flyer) land next to an other players figure and then pulse wave?Isn't running shot a ranged attack?( I know pulse wave can be either ranged or close) but not without tk or someone sanding next to you.And does pulsewave still over ride all powers when it comes to attack (except for a few figures like the Hulk) The only way you can still prob pulsewave is someone outside the attackers range. (theame team prob would work for this would'nt it)outside the range.

You can use Pulsewave while adjacent to an enemy figure, so you could Running Shot next to them and then PW.

If you have to be at least 1 square away to running shot how does pulse wave change this?
