Can this feat still be used Fantastic Forces F007 Feat basically sue storm with 19 defense can share to FF figures? Or is it no longer allowed? Thank You guys for your time

You'd have to use the "black border" version which has a cost to the Fantastic Forces ATA and a re-write of the ATA.

In short, yes, it's illegal to use that specific ATA.

It's been replaced with the newer ATA

So Suzie can give her 19 Defense to any allies standing next to her, but not to her whole team anymore (which, even though I used to do it a lot, was an awfully cheesey tactic, lol).

From the Player's Guide:

 The following feat cards are banned as they have been replaced
by an Additional Team Ability card: Alpha Flight, Amazon,
Checkmate, Fantastic Four, Green Lantern Corps, Guardians of
the Galaxy, Justice League International, League of Assassins,
Legionnaires, Monster Society of Evil, Runaways, The Society,
Squadron Supreme, and Thunderbolts
