I see a number of people substituting Black Lightning for Black Vulcan. I understand. BV was supposed to be BL. But the power set doesn't match. Vulcan needs to be able to fly, phasing, pulse wave, energy explode and time travel (even Batman could time travel in that show!).

Hahahahaha! So true. I love that they all have different methods, too. The Bat-Jet just straight up has a "Time Travel" button, IIRC.
