Just started working out myself..10 of stretching,20 mins of weights, than 25 mins on Stride Trainer that my wife got to replace our bike. She doesn't like it. I can feel a real different after about 3 work outs. mixed with drinking water,not eating as much as I used too, and a great spiritual workout its been awesome.
It's sort of like my past is an unfinished painting, and as the artist of that painting, I must fill in all the ugly holes and make it beautiful again.

Deadlifting and Squatting heavy are the best means to a healthy soul.
I think I'll Deadlift 350 tomorrow. Fun times.
Then I will run, and hate my life, because I also hate running, and when running is my life I hate it. But it will be worth it, when I survive the zombie apocalypse.

I mix it up. My workouts are split into three sections, typically 6 days a week.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I focus on my core, my shoulders, and my legs. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I focus on my core and my arms. Every day, I do at least 15 minutes of cardio on the bike, treadmill, or cross-ramp, at the start of the workout. I finish with 15 more minutes of cardio after everything else.
