On a few occasions I've noticed that Imperiex's keywords push toward the clix being of one of his many drones and not Imperiex himself. His keywords are Cosmic, Herald, & Robot.
SPOILER ALERT!
From what I read, it's discovered after Superman successfully defeats "Imperiex" early on in the storyline, its revealed that "Imperiex" was merely a drone sent prior to his arrival. Later on there is the true battle and resolution of said battle.
Based on how the story went and the one clix keywords, do you consider him to be the REAL Imperiex or one of the drones?
Think of the current clix as a drone, I think it'd be sweet to get him as a colossal.
BTW, apologies in advance if this topic is posted in the wrong area. Searched for similar things and most seemed to be here.
It's been talked about. The fact that he was a unique put the kibosh on the idea. Imperiex was the one piece from the set that just doesn't jibe for me 100% with comics.

Whatever happens with the New 52 stuff, I'm sure that DC still owns the classic Superman costume. And they'll continue to market it & license it out even if it's not the look used in the actual comics of the moment.

Bat Sentry was also Unique.
It's entirely possible that the uniqueness was for gameplay reasons rather than editorial. After all, having a dozen drill marker tokens running around in a large game, placed by different figures, would be a bit much to keep track of.

Great point Vlad about the unique rating.
3 Imperiex'. "Which drills belong to who? When did they move? Which ones are 2PA summoned back to which Imperiex?" LOL Confusion and many chances for mistakes.

I maintain that the Sentry was Unique because of its position in the set. I'm not sure WK knew what to do with a figure at that rarity that wouldn't have been an LE or U.
But I totally agree about the multiple drills.
