Would this be a "source" issue? For instance, the Mandarin has Mind Control at the start of his dial, then gains a special power that gives him access to several special powers, including Mind Control. I know for Outwit, this kind of situation has been ruled a separate source.
Would Mandarin get to use a Once Per Game power once per source of his Mind Control, or would it be once for one Mandarin? From reading the Player's Guide, it's all phrased in terms of per controller, but I wasn't sure about the underlying logic.
I don't see anything that would lead me to believe you could do it more than once per MCer.
What about Mole Man mind controlling a friendly Doppelganger: Can you then use Doppy's SP twice during your turn so Doppy can make up to six flurry attacks?
MINION: MINDLESS PAWN: Once per turn, if Doppelganger has exactly one action token, you may give a power action to a friendly character with a higher point value within 8 squares. You may now give Doppelganger one action as a free action.
MOLE MAN'S MONSTERS: Mole Man can use Mind Control only to target characters with the Monster keyword, including friendly ones. When using this Mind Control, Mole Man is not dealt unavoidable damage and modifies his attack value by +3.

Yes you can use Mole Man to control Doppelganger and have him Flurry again.

BUILD ME A DOOMSDAY WEAPON: Once per turn, you may give a power action to a friendly character with the Scientist keyword that is 25 points or more to put a Research counter on this card. When there are 7 or more Research counters on this card, Red Skull modifies his combat values by +2 and can use the Flight ability.
So since mole man has both the monster and scientist keyword could you MC a Mole Man with another Mole Man to add an extra counter on Red Skull.

That wouldn't work for the same reason you can't give multiple Scientists a power action and add more than on token per turn.
All MC does is reset a specific character's counter (for lack of a better term) to zero. In this particular case, it doesn't change the fact that a Red Skull's trait has already been used this turn; it doesn't care who actually used it so resetting the counter makes no difference.

So if I have two Red Skulls on my team, I can only give one of them a research token per turn?
