Three weeks ago HCRealms.com was pleased to announce the launch of the Official HeroClix Online League (HCOL) ... and last week we kicked off the start of the league! To this date, there have been almost 400 games played ... but it's still not too late to join! Is the league a limitted thing? Or is that "but it's not too late to join!" gonna be on all these posts?

If you read the rules and guidelines, you'll see that this is truly the final week. We extend sign-ups for 2 weeks after the league starts because it's still possible to get all your games in even if you don't start on the first day. As we get closer to the end; people will be finishing up all their games ... so it makes it harder to complete the required number of games.

Yes; this is a Online PC game; so you have to buy virtual product (or singles from the included auction house). The prizes are either virtual or physical though, so it's a good opportunity to boost your collection.

I'm not sure I can get behind this. I'd rather have real figures if I'm going to be spending a lot of money.

I joined but I'm kind of bummed that I have to buy an infinity challenge booster and play with a piece from it.
