When playing using colossal's with multiple dials such as Specture, Galactus, Dr. Manhattan, or Master Mold. When one dial is KO'd how do you go to the next?
Do you keep turning the dial? Do you stop when you go to the next? I have never played in a game big enough for the Multiple dials to even matter so i would just like to clear it up for myself.
Most of the time the Rules Sheet that comes with them will describe how treat damage between dials.
As for New Figures that are coming out soon, it is under discussion and we have not gotten an answer. So, I would treat them as one long dial until otherwise noted.

To the best of my knowledge every old multi-dial colossal stated that the damage didn't pass from one dial to the next.
I'm open to rules text that says I'm wrong, but at this point in time I would rule that the damage doesn't transfer to the next dial because:
1). The rules deputies have made an argument in the past that nothing stops you from continuing to turn the dial even after you see KO's. If such is the case, then there is no "extra damage" to apply to the other dial. Granted this first stemmed from a ruling on Bag-Man that has since been recanted for other reasons, so this might not be current.
2). When fighting a colossal you target specific dials, rather than the character as a whole; for standard characters the specific dial and the character is one and the same so we don't tend to see such a distinction. However, the game mechanics for every multi-dial colossal stipulates in some way which dial is targeted by an opponent and/or used by the colossal character. This further implies that these dials are discrete.
3). Conceptually, a force is a collection of dials. In a standard force of standard characters with standard dials, when one dial is dealt 7 damage, but is KO'ed after applying 3 damage, the "remaining" 4 damage is not dealt to any other dials on the force. In general we as players have no thought about this because we equate one discrete dial to one discrete character, but dials haven't stopped being discrete in the past when there were multiple of them tied to one character (see all of the past colossal characters, if I recall correctly).
In short, dials seem to be discrete. (That's right. They won't blab to anyone.)
But all of that is just my thinking on the matter. If the deps decide differently I may not agree with it, but I'll go with it.
Until we get a final word I think we'll be treating at my venue as one long dial. I look at it like this: we have figures like Superman and Thanos who can be run at different point values. I don't stop clicking damage for Superman once I get to his 150 pt line so why would I do that for these new Colossals?
You are absolutely correct about the older Colossals (except for the original Galactus) having special rules that told you that the damage didn't pass on to the next dial, but these do not.
But like you said we'll have to wait for an official ruling.
