just as it says, my friend rolled a 12 on me, i rolled a 6 for super senses dodging the attack. does that work and i negate all damage?

Critic hit makes the attack successful, but the Super Senses evaded the whole attack. You would not take damage.

It doesn't negate the damage. It evades the attack entirely.

And yes, it wouldn't matter how high the attack value or attack roll, a successful Super Senses roll evades the attack, period.

This is a prime reason why Invulnerability plus Super Senses is actually better than Impervious (which doesn't reduce Penetrating damage).
