That makes little sense to me. If they are going to answer questions concerning TA, why not just rewrite them using the new rules? Guess I'm just impatient or something...

The new rules went into effect a week ago. So they're stuck using the old TA's with the new rules for now. Expect the FAQ to change when the TA's get rewritten.
