How do you decide which you roll first? Does the defender with the powers choose or the attacker?

So the attacker would.

And this is a fun way to mess with an opponent's mind if he jumps the gun.

Me: "I attack your Warskrull."
You: "I roll Shape Change."
Me: "Nah, it's my choice. Roll Skrull first, please."



Note that the effect is magnified 10x if the Skrull roll is a 5.
