I own the Galactus he is asking about. My friend has the OG one. I have looked at my sheet and I have looked online for the OG rules, here and at Heroclix.com. I cannot find anything that say his values can't be changed and B) any thing on the sheets labeled "Countdown to Destruction: the Galactus Scenario".

Not trying to prove anyone wrong, just want to retain all of the actual rules for future play correctness...

In the units section here at HCRealms, in the list of documentation, there are 2 Galactuses (Galacti?) listed. The rules sheet I'm talking about is listed as Galactus, Eater of Worlds.

But even if this true, the OP is asking about the rule as Galactus is on a force. The rules there are different than the scenario rules.
