What exactly is printed hindering terrain? Could Shanna use Queen of the Savage Land if she was in square with a Smoke Cloud token... those are printed, right?
Printed hindering terrain are the squares actually printed on the map that are outlined in green. Anything else, even tokens like Smoke Cloud hindering terrain markers and debris tokens, are not printed hindering terrain.

If Shanna was occupying a square that was hindering terrain only because of a Smoke Cloud token, she could not use Queen of the Savage Land to modify her damage value, though she still might be able to use the special power to modify her attack value depending on the terrain her target occupies.

Shanna can use Blades/Claws/Fangs on several clicks of her dial where she can also use Queen of the Savage Land. Can I modify the B/C/F roll by +1 if she occupies printed hindering terrain?
No. The power B/C/F roll determines the damage value and then locks it. After the damage value has been locked, modifiers to the damage value will be ignored.
