My top choices would be -
1. Colossus - I don't think he's popular enough to ever be made well, so I would.
2. Ice Man - Honestly Some of the X-men have gotten the shaft
3. Spider Man - Since they refuse to make a great one, I'll have to make him.
4. Silver Surfer - See Spider-Man
5. Tyrant - From one of the first comics I ever owned, he wasn't in GG so I doubt he'll ever be made if I don't.
