I seem to remember reading somewhere that you couldn't do this, but after reading the PAC it looks like it's perfectly legal.

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.

Nope - Running Shot is a Power Action and Pulse Wave is a Ranged Combat Action. So no, can't be made together.
