No, HSS and RCE does not work together. Sorry to hear that your judge allowed it.

HSS lets you move and take a "ranged combat action" or "close combat action" during your move. Since RCE uses a "Power Action" it cannot be used with HSS. Same reason you can't use Running Shot and RCE. The judge was dead wrong.

Okay, wait now. Neither are free actions, so the peice used two actions in one turn.

Actually, BCF is not an action. It can be used anytime a close combat attack is made. If there is ever the combo, you can use HSS and BCF together.

BCF can be used anytime a close combat action is given, so it can't be used with HSS because that is not a close combat action.

Depends on how you define "using with HSS". I don't see anything against Steal Energy, Willpower, Battle Fury (the no ranged attack portion), or Probability Control being used with (or in the case of Battle Fury, to hinder) an HSS fly by attack.

Yes, I dont see anything against using those powers either. Basically, I was just talking about the high powered attack combos like flurry, BCF, RCE, CCE and that type of stuff.
