i know what a double power action is, at least that he must receive 2 actions tokens for a single action, but does he get 2 make 2 ranged combat attacks or what. or is all he gets to do is place the drill tokens for the double power action. im not sure i guess what summon the hollwers allows him to do.

Double Power Actions. A double power action is a
special type of power action; it is also an action given
to a character that allows it to use a game effect
requiring a double power action. Unlike a power
action, a double power action results in the character
being assigned two action tokens instead of
one (dealing pushing damage). A character cannot
be given a double power action to activate game
effects that only require a power action.



And that's all double power actions are. So just follow the description of the effect that requires the double power action. If it says attack, then you attack. If it says move, then you move. If it says to reposition drill tokens, then you repositon drill tokens. No more and no less.

so with the double power action can imperex even attack or do a double attack.and what if imperex has 1 action token already.

A double power action is just a type of power action that requires you to place 2 action tokens instead of 1. Power actions do not have any built-in attacks, and neither do double power actions. If a power is activated by a power action or double power action, you get to do what the power lets you do, and nothing more.

Imperiex's special power only lets him place the drills. It does not say he gets any attacks. Therefore, when he uses it, he does not get any attacks.

If Imperiex already has 1 action token, he cannot be given a double power action. From the PG "In order to use a double power action as a non-free action, a figure must be able to be given two action token." He cannot be given 2 action tokens, therefore he cannot be given a double power action.
