My Herald (600/900 points): As you reveal your force, you may also reveal another figure of 150 points or less to become your Herald. Then each opponent may choose a character on their force to offer up as Herald. You may then either accept an opponent's Herald, or choose your own revealed one. The chosen Herald is added to your force. Your chosen Herald possesses the Power Cosmic team ability, the Flight symbol, and modifies their combat values by +1. In addition, they can use a standard power as listed on the Herald dial. At the end of your turn, you may freely turn the Herald dial to any slot. (It can't be turned any other way.) When Galactus begins the 600 point dial, you may return your Herald to your starting area on click #1
If you are talking about any of the powers that Galactus gives to that character? If Galactus is not in range of the Pulse Wave, he would still get the +1 Bonus, but all other Powers/Abilities are possessed and Used by that character and would be ignored.

Ok cool thnx so tech Hearld could b hit and just lose the +1 that G gave him but we r using feats at this venue and using that PW feat that allows u to use printed Dam instead of 1 my thinking was if thanos pulled G and Hearld over I'd use that feat , may have to think of another plan

if a character is being pulse wave, other game effects does not effect it, this would be the same if someone outside of the pulsewave area perplexed the character, he would would not get the bous so how would galactus be different

If a modifier is coming from a character outside the pulsewave range, such as a character with perplex, then their powers are not ignored and the character would continue to have the modifier.
Since the powers/abilities granted by Little G are actually used/possessed by the herald, then they would be ignored. The Modifier granted is not used or possessed by the herald it is just an effect of Little G's trait and no-one else.
