Not that I think her 8 attack will do a whole hell of a lot...an 8 roll hits a 16 defense. According to the line of fire tool, she sees all four of them. 1 each, an AST for Kid Crusader and an SA for Sun Girl. Wow, it worked. :speechles

1. Sun Girl will strain herself to unleash another Pulse Wave. You know, all I needed was a 5 to at least hit Abs Man. What did I roll? A 4. lol. She takes one push damage.

*Duela will Perplex Enigma's damage*

2. Enigma will Flurry, starting with Doom. 10 on a 15. Damn it...crit hit. I REALLY am sorry for that. Doom takes 3 clicks after Toughness and is KO'd and injured. Crap crap crap....well, I suppose I'll target Absorbing Man with the second attack. A 10 hits, so Abs will take one after his Invulnerable, while Enigma takes one for the push. She gets 2 SA's, a KO, and Duela receives an AST.

Its all good. Doom has regeneration, so he might shrug off the injury. I do suggest that you start including exactly what is perplexed in your rolls themselves, as it is an easy matter to be underhanded in a case like this where it was only the perplexed damage that was was the key difference Doom going down and getting to possibly regenerate free and clear. I can see some of the more competitive guys around here not taking that so well.

Okay, let's see if Absorbing Man can avenge the boss.

Engima's second attack will be on Wallace. 10 on a 15 this time...and sonofa....another crit. Enigma gets 2 SA's and a KO, Duela an AST, while Wallace is injured.

*Kid Crusader will Perplex Sun Girl's attack by 1*

2. Sun Girl will shoot Absorbing Man 9 attack (8+1 perplex) on a 13. An 11 is a hit, dealing 3 to Abs Man (2 after Toughness) for the KO. SA and a KO for Sun Girl.

I think those three rolls are higher combined than I get in a game total...and I feel brutal about the crit...again.

Ouw. Now that one to Dr. Wallace is gonna sting. Yeah, I was hoping Absorbing Man would get a stat or two as well, but it never seems to work out. Its funny, but last turn I toyed with attacking in the other order, DW then AM. Had I done so, those rolls I made would have blown Enigma off the board and gotten me the stats.

I know what you mean about doing things in a different order and hindsight is ALWAYS 20/20. Right?
