For the HERO Techno he is pretty good.

Pretty bad for 71 points. As an attacker his attack is just far too low; as support he's too expensive and lacks much capability as a support figure. His sculpt is top notch however, and he's fairly comic accurate as well. Although, I think all Thunderbolts should have shape change some where on their dial :).

I hate how his regen click is good offensively though. I would prefer if he was 8 points cheaper and didnt have PW and Outwit on the last click.

Also you dont feel guilty using T-Bolts on him, as it is Thematic.

Nice second click, but that's it.

For comic accuracy, he should really be more of a support guy than a fighter. Certainly needs some perplex. Maybe some enhancement and support. I mean, I guess it's hard to design a dial on him since the character in the comics can basically do anything he wants, but usually ends up doing nothing.

Playwise, he costs too much.

4 click mast have shape change?

I think this dial is wrong. in place of psichic blast there will be shape change (sorry about mi english)

Yep....he has shapechange on clic 4 as stated below. Always punches above his points. He makes a great support character and his dial surprises alot of people. Superb sculpt!
