so if batman is using rce from power jem, is it still penetrating damage of 5 or just his base 3. just says his damage is penetrating if attacking from hindering terrain. so best combo would be batman + lt. gordon + deadshot= 262 +gauntlet 35=297 first move gordon moves 8 and carries both to hindering terrain. deadshot has his 12 attack +pd bonus from batman and gordon to do 4 penetrating damage, then batman follows up with his 12 attack from trait plus pd and second trait for -2 to target's defense then hits for rce from power jem for 5 penetrating.

Everything in HeroClix is about wording, so yes, as long as you occupy hindering terrain or a higher elevation than your target, the attack deals penetrating damage. And it doesn't say unmodified damage value, so you can pump it up as per the Rule of 3.

This very well be the best Batman ever, for the purposes of brute force. And the sculpt is as phenomenal as the dial, he's taking too damn long to be released!

The store I got my box of DKR boosters from on release day isn't even getting this fig from their supplier until tomorrow the owner told me today, because it's been forever; everyone's already forgot about DKR by now anyway haha it's so annoying.
