Her power: Traitor, or Not?: Give Victoria Hand a power action if she began the game on your force. She becomes friendly to an opponent's force. At the beginning of each of that opponent's turns, that player deals 1 unavoidable damage to another character friendly to Victoria Hand.
So at the end of the game does your opponent score her as if having killed her on your team or not?
I agree w/ Bugleboy's entire post. That said we may see an errata to part of it if the following is used:

146 Red Shift w/ Gauntlet
106 Red Shift w/o Gauntlet

I place VH on your team. I play keep away w/ my two flying, HSS, PC pieces that also can Crit Miss and still be on HSS. You can never (or not easily) catch me on points and all I have to do is let VH's power KO one of your pieces before you can push her to death (which might also give me points depending on Errata). The real boon is that against Mystic teams you never have to fire a shot.

What precedence are you using to assume WK will errata something to stop abuse?
Donald Blake can stop the Vicki damage and Red Shift isn't exactly uncatchable. 10 move, 10 attack, 17 D w/ Toughness. Fairly meh made worse with a crit miss.
PLUS: Vicki can't swap until her final 2 clicks. I think it's feasible to jut KO her if it's obvious what my opponent is trying to do.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
