I came across and re-read my Ambush Bug: Year None miniseries this weekend, and then I came on here and found a Deadpool thread. The two of these things together got me wondering about characters who have broken the Fourth Wall in comics on a somewhat regular basis who have made it into Clix form.
Obviously, there are Deadpool and Ambush Bug. She-Hulk has a power named after the fact that she does this. Mr. Mxyzptlk.
Stan Lee might count, though his click is purple-ringed.
But depending upon how far you want to go, there are many characters that will have at least once broken the wall.
I mean, if at the end of some old Action Comics Lois Lane told Clark Kent that he always missed out on all of the action and he just gave the reader a knowing wink, that would be breaking the wall.
But for regular wall-breakers, Animal Man is the only one that I think might work.
Back before the Crisis on Infinite Earths there were quite a few heroes who travelled across dimensions into Earth-Prime. They got to meet the people who created their comics. This included members of the JLA and JSA.
On the Marvel end, you have Earth-1218, where the FF have met Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. I remember that there was a FF issue when the Impossible Man visited the Marvel Bullpen and wreaked all kinds of havok. The Watcher also broke the 4th wall regularly in the old "What If" series.

But this really isn't breaking the fourth wall. Earth-Prime is still a comic book universe, even though it is supposed to be our universe.
I haven't read these particular stories, so I don't know if they did break the fourth wall in them, but just being in Earth-Prime is not breaking the fourth wall.
