My venue is doing something a little different for the month 8 IG tournament, and I need some help.

we are doing 4 rounds, the first is 200 points from Incredible Hulk, the second is 200 points from Galactic Guardians, the third is 200 points from Chaos War, with the final round being all three teams.

I'm thinking of the following for rounds two and three

Round 2
GG 19 Dr. Doom
GG 14b Astral Dr. Strange
GG 102 Cosmic Cube

Round 3
CW 50 Kang
CW 40 Nick Fury

this way, in round 4 I can merge first turn into the Kang and Dr. Doom duo

I have no idea what to play for the Hulk round or if these teams will even be able to hold up, any advice is welcomed

it is possible for multiple immoble objects to be on the final team as each of the 200 point teams may have one, same goes for ATAs and our venue considers the fast forces as being part of their respective sets.

That's impressive! Good strategy. As with any force, I'd assume one ata and one immobile so the final team would be down points and you choose what you wanna use. For hulk, That's tough. Maybe Rick jones or two and AE into any form, renegades for enhancement and hydra for doom and kang, Maybe punishers or she hulk so you have close combat options. Just a few thoughts.

First round should be Hercules, Amadeus Cho, and 2 (obviously) of the 5 point, anti-outwit, Secret Avengers ATA that came out with Chaos Wars.

I think I would find a common keyword between all 3 teams. Something like Scientist so that when you make your final 600 point team it's still a theme. Something like this:

Leader 100 + Intelligencia ATA 3
Amadeus Cho 59
AIM Renegade 34

Dr Doom 139
Mole Man 47

Kang 151
Tony Stark 41

This is just an example, but I'd try to do something like this. The more TAs the better since you are going to try and combine Kang and Doom.
