Playability aside, Superman is just cooler than Amazo, because he's Superman and Amazo is a stupid robot.
It comes down to simple math. Superman > Stupid Robot.

Trade a kidney for Amazo and have them both.

Thanks for the opinions guys. In case anyone wants to know I made the trade for Amazo. In the end he's just a more usable piece, and I love the HSS with range that my OWAW Supes has so I can only imagine what Amazo will be like.
