Gah! Mastermind fodder extraordinaire! While the dial itself isn't much, even for 25 points, the fact that you now have to kill the fodder and then strike his boss immediately before his replacement moves up to take his place the next turn, makes him very useful. You may be giving your opponent points in doing so, but regenerating like that will slow down the tempo of your opponents attacks, and could award you the game.

Black Bolt of the Vegas Illuminati
I honestly cannot believe it but I won a battle royal match thanks to these guys. I played a Hydra team with Baron Strucker, Laura Brown (she had trick shot), Gorgon, Richard Fisk, Silver Dreadnaught, Mentallo, and seven of these agents. The key is we played on the long helicarrier map and I was in the middle while my opponents were at each end. So I ended up getting sandwiched while we all fought each other. However, this helped a lot! We were all very near my starting area so when one agent died, his replacement was able to immediately fill the gap. This is the ultimate swarm team. I used Richard Fisk to absorb most of the damage. Until I started using Gorgon who then would regen up a few clicks. It won't win one on one, but if you can get your opponent to stay near your starting area he/she won't survive the never ending wave of minions.
The look on an opponents face who doesn't realize what the Hydra agents trait actually does is priceless. played a 600 pt game with Strucker, Skull , Gorgon, Viper and a pile of these guys. Gorgon was there to take the trait damage and Strucker and Skull Masterminded at least 20 clix of damage.
Mystque, Dr. Strange, Darkstar, Ghost Widow, R Jean Grey, CT Redskull, Alfred pog and 5 Hydra agents= A deadly 600 point team. "Cut off one limb, and two more shall take its place! Hail Hydra!" (*Evil Grin*)

As amazing as these guys are, don't forget that in a tournament your opponent gets the points for each killed. Leaves you with a bit of a hill to climb. However, I still love these guys with Fisk to give my chase Red Skull mastermind and dump damage onto.
As stated below great Mastermind fodder and fun pieces to run in casual, swarm-type teams. Not a competitive piece as your opponent can easily abuse their respawn ability to gain additional points but none the less Very Fun!
