Lucky for me, Soldier X has a good, long dial. He can take Victoria's hit.

Nightcrawler to N5, attacks Wanda. AV10 on DV17. Gets 7. Wanda makes it 12. Well, that's okay then! 3 to Wanda Pits her. Nightcrawler takes 1, but ends in F6 and absorbs and object to heal it right back up.

Onslaught Perplexes his Damage to 5, attacks Luke, close combat. AV10 on DV17, gets 8. Luke takes 4 after Toughness and is KOd. With his Mystics I wanted to do that in one if I could.

Also Noh-Varr perplexed Wanda's dv to 18, Nightcrawler missed and does not need Wanda's pc nor the absorbing of the object.

Luke Cage, on the other hand, is done, no ifs/ands/buts.

Let's bring in Hercules, the Hulk one with rip it up. Moony tks him to N10, he charges to M13 attacking Onslaught. Needs 7, rolls 7. 4 + 1 minus 2 =3 to him.

Quicksilver hss to N13 needing 6, rolls 8. 1 more to Onslaught, uses his flurry: needs 6, rolls 12. Again.

Now Onslaught is on his last click. Now I can do Heroic sacrifice and ko Vision to ko Onslaught (seems lame, Onslaught's on his best click and all I need to conquer it is someone over 100 points). Anyway Onslaught and Vision are out.

Replacing Vision is GG's Thing. Can he break? 5. He charges to O14, snags the HO in P15 and attacks Maggie. Needs 7, rolls 5. Wanda rerolls 4.

Onslaught reacts like a caged animal, the Vision holds him down.

"We're getting him now," Vision says, "Keep up the pace!."

Onslaught's energies take Vision out.

Quicksilver says rushing Onslaught, "Yes, yes. Keep up the pace. And please, please, please....get me back up!".

"Thou asked for back up. The mighty Hercules shall provide it!".

"And the Thing, just more quietly."

"Think of the glorious songs they will sing of us for our work this day, Benjamin Grimm!" the God says as he hammers his foe.

"Less yak, more thwack," Ben says providing his own.

"Now father," Quicksilver says, "The Avengers are soundly beating your biggest ally. Even you should know when it is time to surrender. If you don't, I'll take to sick Hercules and the Thing on you."

Bear in mind that in a typical game, sacrificing a 100 point figure is a lot bigger deal when you're not free to just bring in a replacement. And if you're playing Onslaught right, there probably shouldn't be any opposing 100 point figures left at that point.

Having said that, I'm done. Onslaught almost turned it into a game at the end there, but there was only so much even he could do. With almost 900 points left to bring in, this game's yours. No way I'm pulling this one out.
