I thought he was pretty lame at first, but after playing him in six different games. I have to say I was wrong. He is very good. This guy is perfect. I just read the Justice league comic, and it's dead on. Great figure.
he is really good when u consider indom 7 clix and trait ignores stealth which in some ways is better than ta's that ignore hindering when fighting ff beta ray bill because his ability give stealthers constant activation regardless of terrain so this guy says f off i pw u anyway so cool and then again next turn.
This guy is absolutely fantastic. Been playing him at a friend's house lately as my go-to modern age piece, with full IG, jla silver ata, dark phoenix at 100 and scarlet witch 50. The team is roughly 8 and 0 right now and wins games so fast i've never hit #2 on the gauntlet once. Running shot pulse wave to start is vicious and means your opponent has to gun for him or eat heavy damage. He has great defensive values, nothing below a 17 til he gets regen, great attack values with 9's, 10's, and an 11, especially when you use the JLA silver ata to get the +1 attack against the guy you need it most against, and great damage values, a steady 3 every click til regen. For 100 (104 with the ata) pts this guy is the total package and does everything you want him to and more. 5 stars all the way
He's soooo good. He single handedly took down an all mystics team (Dr. Fate, Zatanna, John Constantine, Scarlet Witch). Click 2 and 3 with poison won it for me.
This is probably the most under-rated and reliable figure that I've used. If I was being hyper-critical, I'd cite good-but-imperfect comic accuracy, less-than-ideal movement, and a TA that isn't super-useful to my usual team builds, but talk about your minor gripes! Victor here is a moderate, affordable tank that grizzled veterans and eager noobs can both love. He gets the best rating from me.
WIN/LOSS: 0-1 Running Shot Pulse-Wave is a great top dial combination. Cyborg sags under the weight of his cost, however. After an opening attack - getting within 3 because it is hard to just sit back at 6 and plink - Cyborg is going to get hit since he is protected by an average defense. He could land on Pulse-Wave again, this time with below average attack values but then he becomes rusted, limping around getting tied up by any non-clear squares on the map. Low speed just makes it easy to finish him off and at 100 points is just not worth it or fun to field. Booya? More like boohoo.

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
