Ok I know I am a noob…..so please don’t kill me. A friend and I are starting to get into the game and we were playing last night. Some questionable things were happening, but because we are both new and I didn’t want to keep questioning things I let some stuff go, but I really would like to know for future reference answers to these questions. Thanks in advance to all the advanced players for your help.
1. Player A has 5 team members on a 300 point team. Player A decides to pass his entire turn. (no attacks/ movement) Player B uses his three actions and ends turn. It is now player A’s turn again, can he move all of his pieces on this turn, because he passed his complete turn on the previous round?
2. Player A has a token with incapacitate. He targets player B and successfully hits for incapacitate. Player B adds an action marker to the token hit with incapacitate. When does that action token get removed?
I know there where more questions that I had from last night….but I can’t think of them right now so I will continue to look through the forum so see if my memory is jogged or if they get answered.
1. Actions don't accumulate. So just because he didn't move last round doesn't give him any more actions this round. He still gets 3 actions allotted to him. This can be boosted by leadership (by 1 action) or characters may have abilities that allow them to perform an action without it counting towards your allotted actions (such as the Avengers or JLA team abilities) but other than that, you are stuck with only the 3 actions.
2. The token gets removed at the end of Player B's turn provided Player B does not give that character an action (other than a free one) during that turn.

Hi orzo.
i hope i can help.
1.No. Once you pass and finish your turn, you have "lost" the actions you could have used... you cant use them in a next turn.
2. The action marker will be removed after the figure "rests" without being given an action for a turn. Ie. If B player doesn't use the figure in his next turn, the marker is removed in the end of that turn. In case he decides to use the figure and push it, the marker remains, and another one is added, causing a pushing damage click to be given to the figure.
I knew he was cheating......doesn't really matter though...still beat him.....but it was really frustrating.....is there a place in the rules that specifically states that you only get a certain amount of moves per round and that they do not carry over....or how can i prove that this is the case?
Indy Rulebook page 9:
"You begin each turn with a certain number of actions. This number remains the same for the entire game. The number of actions you get depend on the build total of your force: You get one action for every 100 points of your force's build total. For example, a force with a build total of 100 points gives you one action every turn. A build total of 200 points gives you two actions every turn; 300 points gives you three actions, and so on. Your action total remains the same even if one of your characters is knocked out, or KOd, and removed from the game."
So each turn you start with 3 actions (since you said the build total was 300). That number is the same every turn for the entire game.
