this is my idea of for a five hundred point team I'm not allowed anything other then those sets and I don't have many chaos war figures. any suggestions on it weaknesses and etc

The first thing that jumps out at me is that you don't have much in the way of Move and Attack powers or Telekinesis. 185 Vision is not bad at all, but w/o TK I'd recommend someone else like Iron Man, which may give you more points for another character.
