So, I realize that he is a purple ring promo figure; however my venue allows these to be played. I have a question about how he interacts with ATAs. His trait states:

I also want to add the Hydra Deep Science ATA for three points each. Do I have to add it to Stan Lee as well, of does The Creator copy it for free.

If he has the keyword you need to pay for it.

Good for your venue. Figures should be able to be used.
