Ok so this has come up plenty in the past few sessions.
If a character is on elevated terrain can a character with flight draw line of fire to them (Even if the character isn’t at the edge)?

If the character is not on the edge, then the flight ability by itself does not give anything that would allow you to ignore elevations for LoF.

Mister ID is correct.

A giant or colossal figure would be able to see the figure on the next level, away from the ledge, but flight wont do that for you.
