Hey guys i'm thinking up of a team and i'm wondering if this works, could astral strange use its free movement action and move up to a tiny character, and then use a move action to carry they tiny somewhere?

Sorry, my answer was wrong, forgot that anyone can carry tiny size figures, so yes that would work.

What's also good, is that you can use the free movement during the beginning of the turn and position a character before activating other free actions, such as Poison.
