Can Rogue Outwit Indomitable and then use Indomitable?

Indomitable isn't a standard power.

However, Outwit the Willpower that Indomitable grants, I believe you can use the Willpower granted by Indomitable.

No, you cannot outwit the Willpower as indomitable only grants the use and not possession.
