My opponent started the game by moving out of his starting area.

On my first turn I was about to running shot when he said that I can't.

My problem is I can't find the ruling in the FAQ. If someone can point it out or show me where, I would be thrilled!

The "first turn immunity" rule is from the WK general tournement rules, not the HC rules themselves. So, when playing non-tournement games, the rule does not apply.

Also, the rule only applies to character still in thier starting area. Any character outside of the starting area is fair game....
