Hulkmariner is SOL, but the others should all be good - Hulklops, Icehulk and Wolverage have two versions each (From GSX and the FF pack), Thorr has the HoT and CW FF versions, and Winter Hulk has the common from Captain America.
That's actually a lot better than I expected.

Won't play in any events were I have to spend real money on a a event that may bug out, and or have a chance to get one of these, odds are you will get a Bugler or Night Nurse instead.
In the end a small few will win most of the events and put on the AH any extras they get for way more than they are worth.
I can see how this would frustrate completists and regular tourney players. I guess it doesn't bother me because of how I approach HCOL.
I put about $30 into HCOL when I first got started, which includes buying FF codes, and won't spend any more. I've only played in about 4 tournaments; I've been fortunate and won the first tournament and came in second in the other three. I auction off anything I pull or win so I can play more tournaments and purchase the figs of the week I want. I decided long ago that I won't buy any more clix bucks and will auction off other figures in order to keep playing if needed.
Because I'm not regularly putting money into the game and not worried about getting everything, it doesn't bother me that these may be difficult to get. Having tournaments bug out is always frustrating, but I can't feel any sympathy for completionists when figs are hard to get, whether physical or virtual. That's a personal choice, which took me a long time to get over myself. I would rather have new figures available in some form than not have new figures at all.
