The dial. Nothing amazing,but for 30 points is incredibly playable.

Decent version of Harley. Could have used more range as well as some Close Combat reflexes. Other than that a pretty good representation of what she is..

Cheap and different, but way too weak for Harley. I guess it works for a rookie.

A solid figure for the points. However, GCPD brings better numbers, can be played in numbers and can add even more to a Gotham City team (PD team ability and enhancement, the pushes into willpower) for 3 points less.

GCPD is 10 points lower not 3, and does NOT have the PD team ability. Nor does he have enhancement

He's talking about the Gotham City detective, who is admittedly insane for his point cost. This version of Harley is quite efficient as well, however. I have fond memories of her punching through about half of Superman Prime's dial. And she's less than 10% of his point cost.

A beautifully elegant piece for its simplicity. We've seen this sort of dial before (Indy!) where Stealth/Super Senses combine on a low-cost nuisance... but Harley makes it look good, and her attack values don't tank like the older clix. She'll need to get in fairly close (but not too close) when choosing targets, so expect to have to make a few breakaways during the match.
