The tank looks awesome, although why its in the batman set is beyond me. Still it looks cool, still reminds of green lantern and green incredible hulk.
The design is awesome and unconventional as well
I think because there are the other vehicles and it makes good filler. Also the mold allows them to make the generic tank as well.
I miss reading GI Combat. Sgt. Rock and the Haunted Tank are the DC WW2 heroes I remember.

It's only connection seems to be from Brave and the Bold. From Wikipedia:

The Haunted Tank appears in the Batman: The Brave and the Bold episode "Menace of the Madniks!" voiced by Dee Bradley Baker. However, only the ghost of General Jeb Stuart is starring as the driver and gunner of the M3 Tank. He helps Batman fight Ma Murder and her gang. The sequence is also a parody of the Dukes of Hazzard[citation needed], with the tank leaping over a bridge while playing Dixie on a horn.
The Haunted Tank appeared in issue 5 of the Batman: The Brave and the Bold comics. It helps Batman fight Key.
Booster Gold: "If I had a dollar..."
Skeets: "You'd spend it!!!" Keywords
Seems like the "mole monster" of this set. Do not want
Funny how different things appeal to different people. The Mole Monster is the only one of those collosals I have played more then once, and I pulled them all. I think I have played mole man more then anyone else from that set, and winningly to I might add.
A Joe Kubert team consisting of Hawkman, The Original Flash, Sgt Rock and his easy company with Sgt Rock riding in The Haunted Tank :-) :-) I would love to play this team really soon :-)
Which is just nuts, I mean yeah it is a tank, but still...13 clix? with top loaded 18 d and invuln. Thing is a bit much if you ask me(Yes, I know you didn't).
I think at some point, I'm going to make the IKS Somraw the pilot of this tank. It is a 50 point Soldier/Warrior. The thought of a ship driving a tank strikes me as funny.
That'll be my preferred "amusing" pilot. Practically, it'll be Warlord or an Easy Co fellow.

With generally atrocious combat values. And the last 6 clicks of its dial it is literally killing itself*, and yet is the only time it sees a double-digit Av, and 2 of its only 4 Invuln-busting damage values.
* Expanding on this, there's no choice. Any time an adjacent friendly is dealt damage, the tank takes the hit too, even if no damage is taken. So an EE or Poison hit that is completely absorbed will still harm the tank...unless your opponent Outwitted the SP to try an make the EE/Poison stick!
EDIT: Just noticed it's only on a roll of a 1. That's not as bad as I thought then. Still don't think it's anything close to OP though.

As a noob to the game but not DC in general. I just don't get this one. It looks kind of cool but meh! The amount of clicks is nice but once again. MEH! This is not a commentary on usefulness or playability in any way. I just don't get a feeling that I would want to play this just upon seeing this fig. One of the things that drew me to this game is recognizable characters and this one just didn't fit the bill to me.

I got a question im still unclear about. The "trip" mechanic, when the pilot replaces it values with the vevicles, does the vehicle rettain these new values permanently or just for that turn? Eg. Batman (from dc 10 A), gets in batmobile and swaps his 12 av with the batmobiles. Does the batmobile now have 12 av for the rest of the game?
