Legion of Doom with a Riddler, A Scarecrow, A Cheetah, and a Sinestro with the key word, an updated Captain Cold (which would also help the Rouges another much needed upgrade.)
Seven Soldiers- 3 versions of Roy in Crisis and not one has the Keyword. A Stripe/Star-Spangled kid Duo that has a trait that gives the keyword to Speedy and a Green Arrow would solve this nicely

X-Force: Specifically the killing machines in the black and grey. Love the comic, but comic accurate theme teams never work out for me. Maybe an uncanny X-Force team base? If GSX is rotated out of modern next year it could show up in Wolverine and the X-Men.

Dark Avengers: Really just needs more characters in the 50-75 point range. It's very difficult to build a good theme team with ata without being too far under points.

Brotherhood of Mutants: I actually love playing this keyword, I just want a toad.

I was going to suggest Outsiders (and Birds of Prey actually), but they're getting some major upgrades in one or both of the Batman sets (I think Outsiders is a subtheme of Streets of Gotham).
