Big week. Not sure which I'm looking forward to most but probably X-Men or Uncanny Avengers. Then again, BPRD had been consistently good and Multiple Warheads is a real trip.
The kicker: MLP #1 is ALREADY probably one of the best selling comics of the month based on reported pre-orders. Over 100k last I heard.
Though I don't know how many of them are people buying multiple copies due to multiple covers, for what it's worth.
This My Little Pony craze flies in the face of everything my boss at the comic store believes about this industry. Even presented those facts, I think he's going to have to see the transactions taking place in order to believe that this is actually a real thing.
This is a bizarre and entertaining phenomenon. Heck, I might even buy one.

Thor was pretty good, disregards already established Thor canon, but fun none the less.
It ignores the Celestial saga and Thor: Son Of Asgard, but Thor gets in a gnarly smack down with his foe in ages past. Hope next issue sees more of Future Thor wreaking house.

He's so bad, he mak'a me mad
Un-fun Dad, un-fun Dad
He's a real cad, Un-fun Dad"
FF #1 would be my pick of the week, but that's mostly because I enjoyed looking at it and it seemed a mile better than Fantastic Four #1 was to me. I really hope Allred sticks with the title for a good while.
I'm sure Fatale will be good when I get to it, but nothing else from my stack really grabbed me this week.

It's easily the most fun book on the shelves right now.
Well, I have to be honest. I lost interest. I still think of it as a good book, but it wasn't really feeling like a great book, to me. I did collect the first 10-12 issues, so it has only recently fallen away from my regular purchases. I'm open to buying issues in the future, but I can't say it ever really got its hooks into me and I just couldn't justify continuing to buy every single issue.
