True, I had forgotten that ATA's are possesed by a character, not used. Very good. aqs for insider, if you can get the shot take it; but you have a valid point, he's probably one of the best taxi's in the game because of his trait (overstatement, but close to true). I've found that insider and FF75 004 sait walker work well together; giving him 6 range and sharpshooter is quite good. you still need someone to taxi, though.
i dont know its just you got nothing that will stop people from simply killing prof x without him you team becomes less efective its reliant on that one figure in other words its not a balanced team
it just feels off im gonna try a variation on=f it though and see what happens
Well after the other guys post im gona use AIM renegade for its barrier which will help proff x, and ill slap on more objects on the utility belt which will probably increase his survival chances along with the anti team ability outwit.
Also after realizing the potential of the full UB I made another team while bored at work lol. Bruce wayne (bm 037b), hawkeye+tbolt ata+full loaded UB, scarlet which (50pts), and AIM renegade. So i got team outwit with hawkeye, then i can outwit with bruce. Double barrier with witch and renegade, along with enhance/hydra ta/perplex/prob. And the fun part is i got bruces crazy support power :D
After several games, I've found The Insider + JLFF Wonder Woman (with/without UB) to be the best 200-214 point combo I've used.
Ham, I'm thinking the best buddy for Insider is going to be Strategy Game Batman at 115. With his Incap (11 AV, Perplex, 5 range 2 targets) as a free action when he has no tokens, taxi'd about by Insider with no tokens, that's a Stealthy, mobile Incapacitation machine. Insider's Outwit lets you put pushing damage on Indom. characters, too.
I don't know if it plays at the highest level, it has some flaws (doesn't bust Stealth, can't really damage PowCos/Quint, Barrier issues) but it's a great setup for a Batman Family theme and does leave 85 points for Gauntlet/Belt/Support/another attacker.
Edit: also, that DC10 Common Blue Beetle is absurd. With his PC, semi-Protected and Mystics, nobody wants to try to hit him. Really think he might be high-level competitive, especially if he picks up Indom. via Belt/Gauntlet.
I agree to an extent with beetle; if you give him willpower, he is very good. one good hit can put him down if you're not careful; you cannot use his trait if he has two tokens. but when you play him with a couple of tk's, he can be very nasty. 11 for 3 pen is good, and when you can get some perplexes or enhancement, he can really dish out the damage.
Do you guys think he would fit better on the Dr. Fate team I posted? he does quite a bit of what the team needs. I just love the Alan Scott GL from 10E.

Between the mystics, pulse wave, and running shot he would flat out do more dmg than your green lantern which your team need. Dr. Fate can lock down, but hes not a finisher.

Fantastic Four Team + 3 to map roll
Mr. Fantatic provides the Future Foundatation ability to replace all instances of the original FF TA for everyone. Ghost Rider has Mystics, which Spider-Man can copy making both figures completely menacing (mystics damage and 1 more additional damage/action token)
Heroic Age ATA can assist in removing action tokens for movement actions from Spider-Man and Mr. Fantastic and possibly get you in the opponents face FAST.
Ghost Rider has the full belt, giving him Indomitable and TA countering and a myriad of other fun stuff....when we find out more about it
