Let's say Iron Man is on square 1A, Drone on 1B. Wolverine is on 5B, with an enemy next to him. Can I move the drone down to 4B, so three space, pick up the Hulk, move my drone to 3B. Can I give the Iron Man drone another free move action, because it's still in the range of Iron Man that the power works?
So to clarify you want to move the iron man drone next to hulk in 4B using the free action and then move him (Carrying hulk) to 3B and then give him another free action movement?
The beauty of this is, you would only minus 3 to the movement for carrying (-2 for free action movement, + -2 for carrying, but capped at -3 thanks to the rule of 3 for modification)
Right, right. I guess to simplify my question: Can I give him an Iron Man drone multiple move actions as free actions, as long as he stays in the range of the Iron Man giving him that ability?

No. Just one per turn.
Page 9 of the 2012 rulebook:
A character may not activate the same game effect twice in one turn with free actions, unless the game effect indicates otherwise.
But you can free action move then move action move. I do this all the time. Run Shot Ultron 4 squares. Free action move IMDrone. Then Non-free Move action carrying Ultron.
