Whoa. That is an enormous week, even for me.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.
- Orion's new duds look cool and manage to stay in line with his traditional look.
- I am very intrigued by the Milan character. I think I already want a version of him in Heroclix.

Cap definitely expands on the Flash Gordon vibe. Things must be really grim for him, given that he spent ~300 years in a similar situation fighting Korvak in an endlessly loosing loop.
Thor rocked house. Fun to watch Thor slap down, and I love it when he looses his patience...hoping for a real slobber knocker in our future in which Thor layeth the smack down.
"Un-fun Dad, un-fun Dad,
He's so bad, he mak'a me mad
Un-fun Dad, un-fun Dad
He's a real cad, Un-fun Dad"
Indestructible Hulk 2 was a well-written bit of fun.
And Daredevil continues to be good. Waid is hitting ANOTHER time when he's writing great comics regularly. Considering everything he's already done in his career... that's pretty impressive.

Read some of my comics for the week, which included Avengers Arena #2. The first issue left me unimpressed between some OOC moments and the shakey premise. This issue, on the other hand, avoided any problems I had with #1. I'm impressed with how quickly Hopeless managed to inject some personality and backstory into Cammi, Ryker/Deathlocket, Apex, Kid Briton, Nara, Cullen Bloodstone, and Anachronism. Not bad work at all, and I've already grown attached to a few of them. Hopeless knows how to make characters pop.
I still need to track down Avengers #1 so I can read the first two issues.

You know, Milan is based off of an actual person. I was amazed that they even knew who the guy is, let alone would put "him" in a comic book.
