2 things:
The "speech" that captain America gives (honestly not sure if steve rogers, or Bucky) about being good does not mean fighting evil... I have looked for that for literally the last 5 hours... can't find it... can anyone help me out?

also, Just curious.... Is there any point in any comics during which Captain America says "That really spangled my stars!" while angry...
