questions about qualifying for theme team with keyword copiers?

i know they changed the nightwing to not be able to qualify for theme team with his star power but what about the white lantern hal jordan ? with his power to copy lantern keywords? will that still work?

The text from the Player's Guide tells you:

It says when you build your force. That means he has the keyword before the games start and will be in theme.
