Give this character a move action and move it up to its speed value; this character can use IM ■, ■, □, ● during this movement. When you give this character a close combat action, it may target a character regardless of the target's elevation.

Can I use Leap/Climb with Charge?
Yes and no. Leap/Climb has 2 parts to it. The first part talks about what happens during a move action. The second part talks about what happens during a close combat action. Charge requires a power action but also allows for a close combat action within it.

Therefore, you cannot ignore terrain when you move during Charge, because you're moving from a power action, not a move action. On the other hand, you can ignore elevation to attack a character because you are being given a close combat action for that.

What does □ mean?
We haven't figured out a way to insert letters into these symbols yet, so that is supposed to represent Outdoor Blocking terrain (brown square with an O inside of it).
